I’m a licensed psychotherapist, emergency psychologist, and business psychologist—and I know the corporate world from the inside, as a former department head at Zalando and Deutsche Telekom. As far as I know, this combination of perspectives is unique in the DACH region.
For you, that means you get both in one person: clinically grounded expertise and an understanding of how decisions are really made in large organizations. The programs I’ve developed for and with organizations now reach more than 500,000 employees in total. Over the years, I’ve personally supported hundreds of people—in coaching, diagnostics, and crisis situations.
